If you’re like me, you want to jump right in and get started. But, it’s critical that we pause here to really evaluate your values and establish a strong vision and mission. These will guide your decisions well into the future and help you stick to your “why” when things get tough (and they will!). Here we will establish your school’s core values, philosophy, pedagogy, and long term goals. Buckle up.
